Detergent Grade HPMC is a synthetic high molecular polymer prepared from natural cellulose through chemical modification. It is a white or slightly yellow powder. Good water solubility. Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose has thickening, adhesion, dispersion, emulsification, film-forming, suspension, adsorption, gelling, protective colloid properties, surface activity and moisturizing properties.
Hydroxypropyl Methyl Cellulose (HPMC) can provide viscosity in all types of surfactant system. The powder surface has been treated through unique process, so it can be dissolved in the water quickly and has no agglomeration, flocculation or precipitation during dissolution
